Shutterfly helps us share our holidays with far away family and friends

I am totally addicted to Shutterfly. When I am working on a new project Mike actually calls himself a shutterfly widower. He doesn't see me for days until it is done. My favorite shutterfly products are the books and cards. With all of our family living in other states we don't get to see them as often as we would like. Our shutterfly share site really helps us all stay connected http://www.nystromfamily.shutterfly.com/ I try to update it every few weeks so everyone can watch my two little boys grow up.

One of my favorite gifts to give is a shutterfly book. I have made over 50 books. They make the best grandparent gifts as well as Father's Day and Mother's Day gifts. Here is one of the book that I made for my son to celebrate being a Big Brother. http://community.shutterfly.com/gallery/post/start.sfly?postId=/gallery/1/post/GMGDFgzbs2rhw3cAtdQG1a

When the Holidays come around I love to make my cards on Shutterfly. I usually make a 5x7 flat card with pictures of my boys or our whole family. I order about 50 of them to send to all of our family and friends. Almost everyone lives far away so it is so nice to send a card with photos on it. Then I like to make individual folded cards to send to immediate family. It is nice to be able to add lots of text and additional pictures on the inside. Shutterlfy has added so many new card backgrounds and themes that everyone can find a card they like. Usually I have a hard time choosing just one. http://www.shutterfly.com/cards-stationery/christmas-cards

This year I am using the Initially Yours Cocoa Christmas Card http://www.shutterfly.com/cards-stationery/cards-stationery/initially-yours-cocoa-christmas-card-5x7-flat?sortType=1&storeNode=93476&fc=1 I am using pictures from our vacation at the beach, and the colors of this card look perfect with them.

Shutterfly has cards for all occasions. I love the new stationery cards for invitations and thank you cards as well. I have used the invitations to make a single card to give as a personalized birthday card. My friends love that I have taken the time to make a special card for their child. This is one of my favorites to use for a 1st birthday card http://www.shutterfly.com/cards-stationery/5x7-folded-greeting-cards/party-chick-blue-birthday-5x7-folded-card?sortType=1&storeNode=60388

One last tip for the holidays.... last year I ordered a sheet of stickers for each of my boys. http://www.shutterfly.com/photo-gifts/stickers I used the square ones with a red background. I use a picture of each child wearing a santa hat. For the text I wrote to: child name love: Santa. I used them as tags for all their Christmas gifts from Santa. It made it easy for a 1 yr old and 3 yr old to find their own gifts on Christmas morning. I am about to make some more for this year.

Our first family vacation to Disney World

We went to Disney World in Oct. with my mom (Nana), Katie, Greg, Violet and Roman. The kids LOVED it. They got to meet all kinds of characters. We went to Hollywood Studios, EPCOT, Animal Kingdon and the Magic Kingdon (3 times). My favorite has always been Animal Kingdom and Ryan said it was his favorite too. Owen just loved everything. Thanks mom!
